Jake Graf
Jake is a London-based, award-winning writer and filmmaker whose storytelling has a strong focus on LGBTQIA+ narratives. He and wife Hannah are known as the UK's most prominent trans couple and they have become influential voices for trans travellers, sharing inclusive and welcoming destinations with their social media followers. They frequently travel as a family with their two small children. Jake provides trans inclusion training to luxury brands and has consulted on major films and TV shows. He's spoken at Parliament and the White House, and his recent project "Trans is Human," a portrait series showcasing everyday trans stories, launched on national television and across London in 2025.
